PROGRAM LENGTH
The hairstyling program will take 10 months to complete for the full-time attendance schedule of 30 hours per week.

ON-TIME COMPLETION RATE*
Fifty-seven percent (57%) of the hairstyling students who were scheduled to graduate between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016 completed their program within the graduation date on their contract as compared to the total number of graduates scheduled to complete in the same time frame.

ACTUAL COMPLETION/GRADUATION RATE (NACCAS)
Our completion/graduation rates for the hairstyling program for the reporting requirements of National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences (NACCAS) in the 2015 annual report is seventy-four percent (74%). This completion/graduation rate represents the students who were scheduled to complete the program between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015. When combined with the cosmetology program for the NACCAS report this is 69%.

LICENSURE RATES
Our Licensure rate for the students who took their hairstyling exam in 2015 is one hundred percent (100%) . This represents the students who passed the last part of their exam (written) on the first time.

PLACEMENT/EMPLOYMENT RATE
Eighty percent (80%) of the graduates who were eligible for employment in 2015 for the hairstyling program are employed. This percentage represents the students who were employed and responded to our surveys prior to November 30, 2016. When combined with the cosmetology program for NACCAS reporting this rate is 77%.

All graduates must be declared eligible for placement unless they meet one of the following five conditions for ineligibility:
a. The graduate is deceased
b. The graduate is permanently disabled
c. The graduate is deployed for military service/duty
d. The graduate studied under a student visa and is ineligible for employment in the U.S.
e. The graduate continued his/her education at an institution under the same ownership (e.g., a graduate of your cosmetology program subsequently enrolled in the instructor program of an institution under the same ownership)
